Matsuri Meetup — Enjoy a Japanese Summer Festival!

Matsuri are one of the highlights of summer in Japan — a chance to enjoy local food, a festive atmosphere, and make summer memories. 🎆🏮

Many local matsuri are held throughout Natori during the summer.N-NAP members will be enjoying one of these festivals, the Masuda Yoichi Festival, too — so come and say hello if you spot us!

Masuda Yoichi Festival (Night Market)

📅 Date: Sunday, August 23, 2026 🕑 Time: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM 📍 Place: Masuda Disaster Prevention Plaza　　 　　　　　2-2-1 Masuda, Natori, Miyagi 　　　　　(5-minute walk from JR Natori Station)

There will be lots of food and drink stalls at the festival.Feel free to buy whatever you like and enjoy the festival at your own pace!

🔎 How to Find Us

Our core Meetup time is 4:00–5:00 PM, and some of our members will be at the festival during this time.

Meetup Sign (optional): Wear or bring something red, or something related to Japan, such as:

• 🎌 an anime item

• 🪭 an uchiwa fan

• 👘 a happi coat

•  or anything else that reminds you of Japan!

No reservation or registration is necessary.If you spot us, just come over and say hello!Feel free to join us, stay as long as you like, and leave whenever you like!

And if you can't find our members, that's absolutely fine! Don't worry about it — enjoy the festival anyway! 😊
