Guidelines for Event Participants

みなさまに安心して楽しい時間を過ごしていただくため、以下の点についてご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
To ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points:

■ 写真撮影・広報への使用について
当日の様子を撮影した写真を、当団体のホームページや広報物、SNS等に掲載させていただく場合がございます。
・お顔がはっきりと特定できないよう、画角や加工等で十分配慮いたします。
・お写真の撮影や掲載がNGの方は、当日受付または事前にスタッフへお気軽にお申し出ください。

■ Photos & Media Usage
Photos taken during the event may be used on our official website, promotional materials, and social media.
- We will strictly ensure that individuals cannot be easily identified by adjusting angles or using editing.
- If you prefer not to be photographed or have your photos published, please feel free to inform the staff in advance or at the reception on the day.

■ 勧誘行為・営業活動の禁止について
みなさまが安心して参加できる場を保つため、ネットワークビジネス（マルチ商法）、特定の宗教、各種営業・ビジネス等の勧誘行為は固くお断りいたします。
※他者への迷惑行為や勧誘と判断した場合は、今後のイベントへのご参加をお断りする場合がございます。

■ Prohibitions on Solicitation & Business Activities
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, any form of solicitation—including multi-level marketing (MLM), religious activities, and business/sales promotions—is strictly prohibited.
*Participants who engage in nuisance or solicitation behaviors may be refused entry to future events.

■ 保険・お荷物の管理について
本イベントでは各種傷害保険等には加入しておりません。
お荷物や貴重品の管理、移動時や体験中の事故・ケガ等につきましては、ご自身での管理・ご注意をお願いいたします。

■ Personal Belongings & Safety
Please note that we do not carry personal injury or accident insurance for this event.
Please take personal care of your belongings/valuables and safety during participation and travel to/from the event.
